Monday Blues

The dreaded Monday. The end of the weekend and back to work or school. I'm sure we've all said it before: "I hate Mondays." I'm not a fan of Mondays either, but they can be a chance to restart. A chance to let go of the battles from the week before and start fresh. You've got a whole week ahead of you! Just imagine the amazing things you can accomplish if you view this day as a starting point. I have to admit that the past few days have been kind of rough for me. I've been a little down in the dumps, for no particular reason really. Sometimes, I just have those days when everything is overwhelming and it's hard for me to find motivation for even the most simple things. But, you know what? That's okay. I gave myself the weekend to be in a blah kind of mood and now I'm ready to start my week fresh. I've got some great ideas to help build my LipSense business and I'm excited to get started on them. I'm determined to make this week better than the last and focus on taking care of myself. Sometimes, you just have to put everything else aside and focus on your own well-being. So, when you find yourself feeling down, give yourself a few days. It's okay to take a few "personal health days" if you need them and you shouldn't let anyone tell you otherwise. Just take a weekend for yourself, figure out what you need, and use your Monday to rebound and jump back into the swing of things!
